Castrol was a client of Mela for a number of years. The challenge was to work with an established brand identity while developing new product packaging that achieves recognition of the existing brand at the same time as an attention-grabbing look for a new product. The product required a pack design that allowed for range variants without a “me too” look.
A market entry blueprint package was produced for Castrol to a very specific brief. The finished product was a cohesive and detailed communication device that enabled the Castrol Marketing team to rollout a complex campaign plan in an easy to understand package.
