DCP Distinctive Construction Projects
Category: Construction company brand identity
Distinctive Construction Projects has expertise in all areas of building and construction, for both residential and commercial sectors. DCP required a refreshed corporate identity in line with its market position of providing quality craftsmanship and reliability.
A new look
The design process began with updating an existing logo for the trading name the company, Romeo Developments, had begun using. The name included the word “distinctive” which is true to the reputation the company has gained over the past 20 years of delivering excellent construction projects. A modified DCP icon, new font and most importantly, adding colour, brought the logo to life. The original logo was grey and lacked any personality. By adding a new bright orange brand colour, the branding now stands out, looks approachable and is more appealing.
Online presence
We advised the company director to update the company’s website URL and email to align with the brand – dcpdistinctive.com.au
A new landing page website and email signature were designed to give the business a streamlined digital look that was consistent with the corporate branding of business cards, letterhead and company apparel.
Signage
We designed and supplied bright eye-catching printed builders’ mesh to provide additional brand exposure on construction sites. The company vehicle was transformed into a moving billboard for the brand with perfectly balanced decals.
The team at Mela Creative took our identity and brought it to life!
They’ve created a complete and captivating brand across web design, social media, stationery, attire and signage – and have given us the market presence that until now has been lacking. Their expertise is apparent from the get-go and our uptake in enquiries and peer contact is testament to their fantastic work.”
