Nature Talk is an Australian-made start-up skincare brand, launching with a Pomegranate serum and a Green Clay and Matcha mask. The brand needed a high-end, modern identity for products primarily sold online across Australian and Asian markets. Mela Creative was engaged to create packaging that conveyed a timeless, premium aesthetic while reflecting the natural, all-Australian essence of the range.
Challenge: Designing for Unique Packaging Formats
The brand’s metallic containers of varying shapes and sizes presented a design challenge, requiring labels and branding to complement highly reflective surfaces. The brief was to create a cohesive and luxurious look that worked seamlessly across jars, bottles, and syringe packs, ensuring the packaging felt professional while standing out in a competitive skincare market.
Solution: A Seamless, High-End Brand Identity
Mela Creative developed a monochrome palette with metallic finishes, combining a bespoke black typographic design with a geometric icon derived from the letter “N.” Labels were printed on metallic stock to enhance the reflective effect, while custom matte black-and-white boxes extended the identity beyond the containers. The result is a modern, premium skincare brand that communicates quality and sophistication across every touchpoint.
