The Health Nutt has built a loyal following selling protein balls, fudges, and slices to the café market. With strong demand from the retail sector, the brand sought to expand into stores while maintaining its playful and cheeky personality.

The Health Nutt is known for its witty brand name and clever product names: No-whey Protein Balls, Heavenly Slice, and What The Fudge. The challenge was to create packaging that reflected this fun-loving identity, while also appealing to retail customers and standing out on crowded shelves.
Solution: Striking, Natural, and Shelf-Ready Packaging
We developed individual product packaging with strong, colour-coded designs that make selecting flavours easy while maintaining a natural look that reflects the 100% natural ingredients. For retail and transport, branded self-shipper boxes were designed with custom die-lines, protecting the products while maximising shelf impact and reinforcing The Health Nutt’s distinctive, playful brand personality.
