Show Technology commissioned Mela Creative to create a bold new brand identity, including a refreshed logo, revitalised corporate identity, and updated advertising and marketing materials. While preserving the iconic purple and lime green colours integral to the company since the early ’90s, the redesign modernised the brand to reflect Show Technology’s position as an innovative industry leader.
Challenge: Creating a Dynamic and Cohesive Brand Across All Touch-points
The existing branding had become outdated and no longer reflected the company’s energetic and forward-thinking spirit. Show Technology needed a visual system that could translate across marketing materials, national office signage, and special events, while highlighting their expertise in entertainment lighting.
Solution: A Unified Brand That Celebrates Innovation and Legacy
We introduced a circular device within the logo, symbolising a “looking glass” into the illumination effects of their lighting solutions, which was applied consistently across all advertising, signage, and marketing collateral. National office signage reinforced the brand presence, while the 30th anniversary in 2024 was marked with a special edition logo and custom event assets for “Mac to the Future,” including media walls, pull-up banners, truss panels, t-shirts, and car decals. The cohesive branding strengthened Show Technology’s identity, celebrating three decades of innovation while projecting a forward-looking vision for the future.
