Frank Knight Real Estate Retail Signage
Category: Inviting and Practical Graphics for Retail Leasing
Mela Creative collaborated with Frank Knight Real Estate to design functional and eye-catching signage for empty retail shops at The Hub Precinct in Bondi, Sydney. The goal was to make these vacant spaces appealing to potential tenants while maintaining a cohesive, professional look.
Graphics that Invite
We crafted an inviting atmosphere by incorporating food-themed graphics that showcased the potential uses of each space and promoted existing businesses within the precinct. Advanced design techniques ensured the large-format prints were sharp and pixelation-free, making the empty shops feel vibrant and full of possibility.
Practicality with Purpose
We used both opaque and one-way films for the street signage, balancing privacy with visibility. Key leasing information was clearly displayed, strategically positioned for maximum visibility without overwhelming the design.
Seamless Adaptability
To accommodate leased shops, we designed modular signage that allowed individual sections to be removed without affecting the surrounding artwork. This ensured the visual impact remained strong as spaces were filled, creating a smooth transition from vacant to occupied.
By combining practical functionality with engaging design, we turned unremarkable storefronts into inviting opportunities for prospective tenants.
